Lingerie Superstore is a part of the Fruugo.com Ltd. global stores network. The Fruugo group policies below apply to Lingerie Superstore.

It’s not mandatory to create a Fruugo account, you can checkout as a Guest. 

There are benefits to having an account with us, including:

  • Quicker checkout on future orders
  • View order history
  • Quicker resolution of enquiries and issues
  • Receive latest special offers (optional)

To create an account:

  1. Click the ‘Account’ button on the Fruugo website header banner.
  2. Click ‘Create one now’ at the bottom of the Login box.
  3. Add the following details: - Email address - Password - First and Last name
  4. Agree to our terms of use and privacy policy
  5. Choose whether to opt in or out of our mailing list
  6. Click 'Join now'

You will receive confirmation of your registration by email.

You can now login to your Fruugo account anytime! 

Manage a Fruugo account

Logging in 

To login to Fruugo:

  1. Click the ‘Account’ button on the Fruugo website header banner.
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click 'Login'


Change password 

To change your Fruugo account password:

  1. Click the ‘Account’ button on the Fruugo website header banner.
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click 'Login'
  5. Go to 'Personal details' in the account screen
  6. Click 'Edit'
  7. Enter current password
  8. Enter new password
  9. Click 'Update' 

Forgot password 

Don’t worry! Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Click ‘Account’ button on the Fruugo website header banner.
  2. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ blue text in login box.
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click 'Request new password'
  5. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox
  6. Follow the instructions
  7. Return to Account screen and now login 


Manage personal information 

To manage the information associated with your Fruugo account:

  1. Click ‘Account’ button on the Fruugo website header banner.
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click 'Login'
  5. Go to 'Personal details' in the account screen
  6. Click 'Edit'
  7. Enter any changes
  8. Click 'Update' 

All personal details are stored securely, they are never shared with third parties.
